Isolated Recording Rooms

#########

There are 2 main areas, The Live Room & The Control Room. The live room is a very large and spacious recording area that can easily handle choral, orchestral and full band recordings. Measuring 38-ft x 15-ft (about the size of a badminton court), the sound-proofed Live Room is fully air-conditioned and is even equipped with a sofa set for comfort and relaxation.

 

For large ensemble recordings, large acoustic screens measuring 6-ft x 4-ft are also available to minimize leakage and control reflections. The Live Room has also been acoustically treated to capture a balance between vibrant and dry recordings.

 

The Control Room is the heart of the studio where the editing, mixing and mastering is done and where all 'line-in' instruments (like keyboards) and guide tracks are recorded. There is excellent line-of-sight between the Live Room and the Control Room, enabling quick and easy communication between the two rooms.

 

Lounge

 

Inspiration strikes when one is relaxed and with that in mind, the very large lounge area equipped with 2 sofa sets, 29" TV, ASTRO, DVD Player, and Pool Table (Coming Soon!) will surely de-stress and motivate your recording juices. Air-conditioned and able to accommodate a minimum of 15 people comfortably.

 

Smoking Area

 

With relaxation and creativity being the main theme, smokers can take refuge at the very spacious and comfortable smoking area located on the balcony of the studio.

 

Pantry

Kitchen

 

Recording is hard work and when the hunger pangs are felt the pantry is the place to go. Coffee / Tea / Water Dispenser(Hot & Room) / Beer(non-muslims only) / Cold Water / Coca-Cola / 100 Plus / Maggi / Chocolates / Mints etc are available. The dining table can comfortably seat 6 people at any one time.

 

If a change of scenery is required, a 7-11, burger stall along with a 24-hour mamak joint is located less than 50 meters from the studio doorstep.


 

ASTRO

ASTRO cable TV is available at one of the lounges for anyone who’s bored/waiting since recording is extra fun with more people so we tend to bring our friends along during recording sessions.


 

Movies

Besides cable TV, a wide selection of DVD movies along with a DVD player is available at the lounge.

 

Streamyx

WiFi Zone

 

For people who need to stay connected at all times, Streamyx is provided free-of-charge.

Accommodation
